Custom Rebuilt Tie Crane

This custom remanufacture converted a standard Harsco RTW200B2-2 Tie Crane into a RTW201 Series B2-27 Bridge Crane.
The core machine was stripped to the frame then upgraded with the following components:
- New John Deere Tier III Four Cylinder Diesel Engine
- New Swing Brake
- New Cab Air Conditioner
- New Torque Hub
- New Rail Clamp Assembly
- New Traverse Motor
- New Pullmaster Hydraulic Winch
- Custom Handrails
In addition to the above new components installed, the frame was stretched and the unit was serviced with Shell #HF-E-46 Enviro Hydraulic Oil. The remanufacture was completed with a full prep/prime and PPG paint job.
The entire project required 16 weeks to complete.
