The core machine was stripped to the frame then upgraded with the following components:

  • New John Deere Tier III Four Cylinder Diesel Engine
  • New Swing Brake
  • New Cab Air Conditioner
  • New Torque Hub
  • New Rail Clamp Assembly
  • New Traverse Motor
  • New Pullmaster Hydraulic Winch
  • Custom Handrails

In addition to the above new components installed, the frame was stretched and the unit was serviced with Shell #HF-E-46 Enviro Hydraulic Oil.  The remanufacture was completed with a full prep/prime and PPG paint job. 

 The entire project required 16 weeks to complete.
